Because of the nature of our products—and to maintain the integrity and safety of our small-batch process—we do not offer refunds or accept returns at this time.

We kindly encourage you to be patient and consistent with your hair care routine. While some customers begin noticing changes in trouble areas (like thinning edges or dry patches) within 3–4 weeks, it typically takes at least 3 full months of regular use to see a noticeable difference in overall length and growth.
